Article Information
Background | I won the Governor General's Award in Commemoration of the Persons Case. |
Reason | Being a Carleton University graduate, the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) wanted to highlight my work. |
Comment | Considering my incredibly contentious relationship with Carleton University, it's pretty surreal to be featured (albeit temporarily) on Carleton University's main page. I knew a centre would eventually be built at Carleton but I thought my leadership in that struggle would never be acknowledged. So, this moment is huge! |
Outcome | I feel like I can turn the page on my relationship with Carleton University now. |
